Experience: Mick is a Singaporean and an Australian Permanent Resident. He holds a Master of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Accounting degree for the National University of Singapore. Mick brings to the board substantial from large international accounting and audit firms in Australia and Singapore. He was previously Vice President of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Singapore where he held the position of Chairman of its Accounting Standards Committee. He has been on the boards of several listed companies and a council member of the Singapore Confederation of Industries. Mick has also had several successful forays into the hotel industry. He is Senior Partner of Moore Stevens Singapore. He is currently Managing Director MS Corporate Finance Pte Ltd - licensed a boutique corporate finance house.

Dato’ Dr. Rajen. M
Position: Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Experience: Dato’ Dr. Rajen. M obtained his Bachelor of Pharmacy from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He went on to a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland. He also holds a Doctorate In Holistic Medicine from University of LaSalle, Louisiana, USA.

He is the founder and CEO of Holista Colltech Ltd a biotech company listed in Australian Stock Exchange focusing in the natural products biotechnology space.

He writes the Health Column in the Sunday Times. He used to write in The Star previous to this. He used to lecture in alternative medicine in Universiti Malaya, Univesiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and International Medical University. He is also the Managing Editor of the Journal of Tropical Medicinal Plants – the only journal in the world that focuses on medicinal plants from the tropics.

He has been active in the industry and was actually a member of the Ministry of Health’s Standing Committee in Traditional Medicine. He has also served as Organizing Chairman of the three series of the Woman’s Health And Asian Traditional Medicine (WHAT Medicine).

Mr Michael Pixley
Position: Director - Non-Executive
Experience: Mr. Pixley has more than 20 years international management experience with strengths in strategic corporate development, entrepreneurial leadership and business and product development across a broad range of industries. As a merchant banker, Mr. Pixley successfully completed numerous joint ventures and acquisitions, and in other leadership positions managed and commissioned several greenfield construction projects and led start-up companies to IPO. Mr. Pixley is currently a director of Natural Fuel Ltd and has previously held overseas directorships with Transocean Securities, Co-don Asia Pacific, CPI Inc and Imagine Interactive Pte Ltd.

Dato Dr. Fathil Mohammad
Position: Director - Non-Executive
Experience: Dr Fathil has a PhD in Microbiology and Genetic Engineering, and has over 25 years as an entrepreneur. Dr Fathil is a former lecturer at UKM in the areas of microbiology, molecular biology and food science. He has first hand and in-depth experience in food manufacturing and global marketing. Dr Fathil was involved in the development of the Halal Certification and Standards in Malaysia, and worked closely with Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (“JAKIM”) during this time. Dr. Fathil is one of the pioneers and the key promoter of AHMLC. He is responsible for the development of the HT System and initiated the concept of Quality and Traceability of Halal products for the Muslim market. Dr Fathil is currently director of Bio-tech and Genetic.

Mr. Ravindran Govindan
Position: Director - Non-Executive
Experience: Mr Govindan is a very experienced businessman having co-founded companies in retail, biotech, medical devices, information technology, emerging technologies, real estate and manufacturing. He provides strategic advice on Asia Pacific Region for Latona Associates Inc, a private investment and financial advisory firm based in New York, USA and is group President of Fisher Scientific group of companies in the Asia Pacific Region.

His current portfolio encapsulates several chairmanships, board memberships and entrepreneurial ventures that have launched into successful public company listings. He is Chairman of Magnus Energy Group Limited, an established oil and gas company listed in Singapore Stock Exchange and Agenix Limited, a successful biotechnology company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Ravi is also a director of Cartesian Gripspeed Limited and Medtech Global Limited in New Zealand, Time Medical Inc in USA and ProcureChina Pte Ltd, I-Flapp Technologies Pte Ltd and I Nuovi Cosmetics in Singapore. Mr Govindan also provides legal and business consultancy to private and public enterprises, financial institutions and highly influential individuals in this region.
